Philanthropy and community are a integral part of The Geekettes Club. As fortunate as we all are, we want to provide an outlet for a variety of giving opportunities. We will continue to add more opportunities as we gain more resources and interest.

Technology Donations

The Geekettes Club will accept gently used and no longer needed technology equipment, including the following:

• PCs
• Laptops
• Cell Phones
• Blackberries
• iPhones
• Printers
• Other (email us if you have anything else you’d like to donate that’s not on this list)

We’d prefer to receive the equipment ‘stripped’ of all identifying data (personal information, etc.)  If you are unable to do this, let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.

Quarterly Charity Events

Every quarter, The Geekettes Club will be asking members to join us for a few hours (or sometimes longer) to help at a charity or at a charity event. These events will be voted on by our members, and may include spending time packing food at the Food Bank, building houses with Habitat for Humanity, etc.

We hope our members will join us for these events to give a little something back to the community. If you have any ideas for organizations we might want to assist, please contact us at info@thegeekettesclub.com.
