Philanthropy and community are a integral part of The Geekettes Club. As fortunate as we all are, we want to provide an outlet for a variety of giving opportunities. We will continue to add more opportunities as we gain more resources and interest.

Technology Donations

The Geekettes Club will accept gently used and no longer needed technology equipment, including the following:

• PCs
• Laptops
• Cell Phones
• Blackberries
• iPhones
• Printers
• Other (email us if you have anything else you’d like to donate that’s not on this list)

We’d prefer to receive the equipment ‘stripped’ of all identifying data (personal information, etc.)  If you are unable to do this, let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.

Charity Events

In 2010, The Geekettes Club held a silent auction at Atlanta Bread Company to support ForKids a nonprofit that helps homeless families in Hampton Roads.

There is also an annual UGLY Sweater Christmas party.  This year the party is a fundraiser!
